Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements Lead the quality control function, including the establishment of quality control points and conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards for construction, maintenance, and operational activities Conduct thorough audits of project sites, materials, and workmanship to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing preventive measures to enhance overall quality performance Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation Prepare comprehensive quality reports and metrics for senior management, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for enhancement Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to ensure Adani remains at the forefront of quality management

Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Master’s degree or additional certifications in Quality Management or related disciplines preferred

Experience:-

10-12 years of experience in quality assurance within the real estate industry
