About an Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. The SRE will maintain the reliability, performance, and scalability of our production systems. You will collaborate with security, engineering, and operations teams to design and manage tools ensuring critical services' availability and performance. Additionally, you'll work with leadership to drive strategy, development, compliance, and automation. You will also partner with sales and product engineering to build and test products as "customer zero," facilitating our go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities:Continuous delivery, early detection and correction of problems related to on-prem /cloud infrastructure and applications.Function within the ITIL framework including incident, change, and problem management to implement work streams using Agile methodology. .Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems, and create dashboards to track key system metrics.Work to ensure audit tasks related to on-prem infrastructure, SaaS and IaaS services are completed on time, with participation of appropriate partners and in line with InfoSec asks.Ensure that systems deployed on-prem and in the public cloud both in Federal and Commercial environments follow industry best practices for appropriate standards, processes, procedures, tools, and documentation.Ensure maintenance, patching, operation, and monitoring of infrastructure systems both on-prem & in the public cloud are in place and in-line with Lifecycle management policy.Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle, improvement and minimizing waste.Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.Participate in on-call rotation, and as such, work out of standard business hours will occasionally be required.Who You Are:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, Ruby).Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and Code management (Git, Github, Codecommit etc)A proven background in various infrastructure tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services - Defining and setting deployment, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.Understanding of end user requirements and critical metrics.Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate infrastructure build.

The successful applicant may be performing work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person (i.e. U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). This position may also perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.
