Your Role

Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasksPlan and manage system capacity to optimize resource usage and cost efficiencyCoordinate and oversee the release and deployment of products, while continuously improving existing processesAutomate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructureInvestigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer successUtilize the Dynatrace platform to monitor and optimize system performance and user experience.

QualificationsEffective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsProficient in at least one Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)Eager to work on high scale, highly secure systemsExperience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or JavaFamiliarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active DirectoryKnowledgeable about SAML in the use of SSO applicationsEnthusiastic and proactive attitude, ideally with experience working with KubernetesExperience working in highly regulated environmentsMust be a US CitizenComputer Science Degree or related field and 2 plus years of experience
