Greenhouse is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team!
In this role, you'll architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure platform. Your focus will be on automated upgrade processes for our Kubernetes clusters and building self-service infrastructure tooling.
Working with Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and HashiCorp Vault, you'll enable product teams to deploy and manage their services independently, balancing technical complexity against future scaling needs.

Monitor and manage customer traffic endpoints across Kubernetes Ingress, AWS CloudFront and other content delivery networks, and DNS configurations Engage with Finance, Security, and Compliance teams to develop automated feedback loops that inform engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring infrastructure aligns with organizational security and cost requirements Scale and evolve Greenhouse's platform story to provide a consistent, high-quality user experience, while prioritizing performance and reliability You should have Experience running multi-account and multi-region production cloud infrastructure on AWS Experience with networking (VPCs, Route53, CDNs, and Kubernetes Ingress and CNI) Demonstrated experience supporting global production cloud infrastructure Production experience with Kubernetes cluster administration A deep understanding of Linux systems Proficiency in a high-level programming language (Ruby, Go, Bash, Python) A knack for troubleshooting and fixing hard bugs Ability to design and build large distributed systems ArgoCD, a plus Hashicorp Vault, a plus Your unique talents! The national pay range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
