Join Our Team as a Site Repair Coordinator!

The Role

As a Site Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customer, Kia, and our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to line halt calls with urgency and expertiseInstalling new tools and configuring existing onesDiagnosing and troubleshooting tool issuesConducting preventative maintenance and managing the calibration schedule

You will work directly with the customer, ensuring top-notch service and communication at all levels. Your ability to handle escalations and maintain a sense of urgency will be key to your success.

You will report daily to our customer, Kia's, manufacturing facility, located in West Point, GA. This is a 3rd shift opening, with hours of 10pm-6am, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs.

What we expect of you:

2-3 years of experience in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems2 years of experience with pneumatic and DC power toolingStrong troubleshooting and calibration skillsQuality control verification experienceAbility to read and comprehend schematicsExcellent customer service skillsProficiency in MS Office and networking/database systemsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 60 pounds
