Job Title: Site Safety and Health Officer
Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Safety Manager with at least 5 years of safety experience. Safety Managers support all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective safety program.

ResponsibilitiesRegular inspections and audits of sites and officesManage the Safety and Health ProgramConduct safety training for personnel and trade partnersReinforce the company’s safety cultureTrack leading and lagging indicatorsIncident investigation and documentationEssential SkillsFive (5)+ years of experience in a safety role (construction preferred)Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflictExcellent listening skills and detailed documentationCHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications requiredProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various softwareSecurity clearance for federal projects requiredValid driver's licenseAdditional Skills & QualificationsCQC experience preferredExperience with USACE, NAVFAC, OSHA 500, federal construction, and construction safetyUnderstanding of industry-relevant SpanishWork Environment

This role requires on-site work during normal business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The position offers 2 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, a vehicle allowance, and a technology package, along with a very generous benefits package. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
