Seeking a full-time Safety Manager with at least 5 years of safety experience in the Richmond, VA region. Safety Managers support all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective safety program. Traveling included throughout the western, southern, and central Virginia regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular Inspections/Audits of Sites & OfficesManage Safety and Health ProgramConduct safety training for personnel and Trade PartnersReinforce safety cultureTrack leading and lagging indicatorsIncident investigation and documentationSupport safety initiatives in all regions (across three states)Serve on the safety committeeQualifications and Experience:
Five (5)+ years of experience in a safety role (construction preferred)Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflictExcellent listening skills and detailed documentationUnderstand of industry relevant Spanish CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications requiredProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various softwareSecurity clearance for federal projects requiredValid drivers licenseCQC experience preferredPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
