Job Description
Manage, implement, and enforce the Contractor's Safety and Health Program.
Conduct daily safety and health inspections.
Complete accident reports and report near misses.
Maintain a safety deficiency tracking system.
Ensure that identified hazards are communicated to all project stakeholders.
Maintain detailed daily inspection reports, documenting observations, corrective actions taken, and non-compliance issues.
Prepare and submit daily safety reports to the government quality assurance representative.

Skills and Requirements
Have at least five years of experience in the construction industry.
Have at least five years of experience supervising safety in general industry.
Have at least four years of experience in either industry and a third-party certification.
Complete a 30-hour OSHA Construction safety class or equivalent.
Complete 8 hours of documented training each year in health and safety.
Complete First Aid/CPR/AED training.
Complete USACE Quality Control Management training.
Have a third-party ANSI or NCCA safety and occupational health certification. Experience working on Navy projects null
