Job Description

We are hiring for a Site Safety Manager to work onsite in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will maintain a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to jobsite and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and procedures. Responsibilities include developing safety trainings and plans, overseeing safety practices on-site, providing hands-on guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves performing incident investigations and following all protocols, conducting regular site visits and inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe work environment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia with a reputable mechanical contractor.

Work Environment

Working onsite 7am-5pm Monday through Friday in Richmond, VA.

Compensation

$30-35 hourly based on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
