Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of construction sites.Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed.Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site at construction locations.May require travel to multiple sites.Exposure to various weather conditions and construction environments.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00
