Job Description

As a Construction Site Safety Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and documenting all aspects of the company's safety plan. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about construction safety and eager to advance their career in this field.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and implement safety plans for construction sites.Document all safety procedures and incidents.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations.Conduct safety training sessions for construction workers.Monitor construction activities to ensure safety protocols are followed.Respond to safety-related incidents and provide first aid, CPR, and AED as needed.Essential SkillsPossess a current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.Hold an OSHA 30 card.Experience in construction safety.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.Ability to conduct safety training.Possess an OSHA 500 certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety).Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.Work Environment

This role is based onsite at construction locations. You will be working directly on the construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed. The position offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that has recently won key projects in the Richmond market.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
