Job Description Day to Day: Physical Security and Safety Specialist - Coordinates, implements and ensures that proper Industrial Security procedures are followed in accordance with the NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, DoS, DoD and other applicable government sponsor regulations. - Assist and maintain site security certification for the building(s) - Creates and maintains security and safety plans and Information System Profile, and other security/safety related documents. -Reviews processes for safety issues and recommends and provides solutions. - Provides security engineering and integration services. - Supports a wide range of security issues including architectures, TEMPEST, electronic data traffic, and security access. No OSHA cert, helping craft/write safety plans, instituting corrective actions. This position is focused on the Electronic security of the building (sending out VARs, network access, creating safety policies and procedures).
