Job Title: Safety Specialist

Location: Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

Project Overview: Join our team for an exciting opportunity to work on a billion-dollar, 1-gigawatt hyper-scale data center project spanning over 1,000 acres in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This project is set to revolutionize the data center industry. We are looking for a dedicated Safety Specialist to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughout the construction and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to integrate safety practices into all aspects of the project.Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in the construction or data center industry.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage with diverse teams.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable safety strategies.Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, ASP) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working on a data center or related construction projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
