Site Security Managers (SSM) play a critical role in the construction of a secure facility. Their role is a critical and necessary role for the facilities final accreditation as outlined by the Intelligence Community Directive 705. The SSM serves as a subject matter expert and performs quality control for the customer, ensuring the construction security plan is adhered to throughout the construction process.

8+ years related experience;Construction Manager Experience
Former Construction Surveillance Technician, with certification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)*Certification
Commercial Blueprint Reading CertificationICD 705 secure space construction certificationSite Security Manager certification or ability to pass a recognized course within 45 days of hireSecurity Clearance Level

The likely salary range for this position is $89,505 - $121,095. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
