We are seeking a Site Security Manager to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Clearance/Citizen Type: Active Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility preferred.

What you’ll do:
Is responsible for the implementation of the CSP in compliance with all contract documents. and for the implementation and oversight of access control, intrusion detection, material transit security procedures, material selection, procurement, and inspection. Accept management responsibility and accountability for the performance of all CST personnel under his/her command, including their adherence to prescribed personal security and other behavioral requirements Act as the main CST functional representative to the Government SSM and AO Assess pre-hire qualifications of potential CST candidates and support telephone interviews Provide the CSS CST Orientation for new hires Attend General Contractor weekly construction meetings, as possible, to facilitate CST assignment coordination Create a CST schedule of activities against the General Contractor’s CPM schedule Review all CST Leads’ assessment of manpower requirements against forecasted construction activities Approve all changes in personnel positions Resolve or elevate issues relating to the CST function that cannot be resolved at the CST sub-function level Create a daily, consolidated CST Daily Activity Report for submission to the Government SSM and AO Lead daily coordination and status update meetings with CST Leads, Deputy Leads, and Team Leads Lead weekly coordination and status update meetings with the Government SSM, CST Lead and Deputy Lead, and CST sub-function Leads, Deputy Leads, and other functional or operational stakeholders as required Perform other general project management activities for the CST function Implement Contractor’s Site Safety PlanKey Requirements:
Type of Experience
Shall be familiar with the sixteen (16) standard divisions of construction and must have knowledge of technical listening devices commonly used by foreign intelligence services. Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred)Years of Experience
Minimum of 6+ years of relevant security experience specifically as an SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences.Education:
High School Diploma and 13+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree, preferred, with 8+ years of experience. Master’s degree with 6+ years of experienceTraining/Certifications
Construction Security/Surveillance Technician certification (DoS CST certification preferred) Site Security Manager certification (preferred)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must meet knowledge requirements for all CST sub-function personnel positions Must be able to perform all CST sub-function personnel typical responsibilities Must be able to manage, coordinate, and delegate multiple activities across all CST functions Must be able to interact and communicate professionally with senior program leadership (e.g., be able to articulate concerns, frame potential solutions, etc.) Must be able to supervise large teams of personnel Must be able to evaluate and coordinate the evaluations of large numbers of personnel Must have above-average interpersonal skills (e.g., be able to face and resolve conflict, manage a range of personalities, etc.) Must have above-average communication skills—both verbal and written Must be able to understand Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules Must have a working knowledge of construction safety Must be able and willing to work outdoors in inclement conditions Must have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
