In this role, you will:
Will manage the security function for the Nogales (Mexico) Mill in support of the North America operating segment. This role will be responsible for aligning global security programs with local needs and expectations.
Perform risk and threat assessments to develop a Site Security Plan, and update our security posture to protect our people, facility, and business in coordination with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.Develop and guide the activities of Security Supplier to ensure effective security coverage, compliance with the Security Guard Force Standard, and collaborate with Mill Manager, local functional leaders to develop improvement roadmaps.Implement security standards and programs, ensuring alignment of global security programs with local needs and expectations, cost-effective solutions, and compliance with CTPAT and AEO Trusted Trader Programs.Implement security measures and initiatives to mitigate security risks that are aligned with our Powering Care strategy and industry best practices.Perform security audits to check the health of the program and ensure compliance with security standards.Conduct security investigations, support compliance investigations with security expertise, and support the Threat Management Team to help dimension and mitigate workplace violence threats and incidents.Partner with local finance team to properly forecast for security services with regular reviews to ensure spend matches scope of work and contract terms.Maintain effective controls and management of the local security systems in alignment with the global standards and procedures.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, intelligence, and private sector counterparts.Brief Mill Manager, local functional leaders and Regional Leaders as needed on status of security incidents.About Us

Who you are?
Associate degree from an accredited college in a relevant area of study or bachelor degree in a relevant area of study a plus.4 years progressive experience with a law enforcement, public or private sector security organization. Experience with a corporate security organization preferred.Knowledge of security operations, systems and equipment in a business and manufacturing environment.Experience working with OEA and CTPATStrong communication skills and ability to work with functional leaders.Demonstrated strengths in these areas: build trust, engage, and understand business objectives and risk tolerance, and effectively manage risk mitigation strategies closely coordinated with business objectives.Experience in establishing and maintaining a strong culture of compliance and have a proven track record of operating with the highest ethical standards.Experience supervising security personnel, fostering a culture of care, respect, continuous improvement, and professional development.Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.Professional certifications such as Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent is highly desirable.Bi-lingual (local language and English) – preferred.Total Benefits
