We're looking for a Site Services Officer to join our Workplace Solutions team based at Chase Lane Primary School.
Location: Chase Lane Primary School, Waltham Forest - Site Based
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Services Officer, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in maintaining Site Services at Chase Lane Primary School.
Your day to day will include:
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to school activities. Liaise with the school regarding building-related variations and incidents. Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement and uphold Kier and manufacturer processes and standards, including Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.

This role of Site Services Office is great for you if:
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and FM practices. Proven track record as a site-based FM Manager with exceptional leadership skills. Skilled in people management, influencing, and driving business change. Effective client relationship management abilities.
