Site Superintendent SSHO QCM

Responsible for overseeing daily onsite quality control, safety, and site management of Federal construction projects, with recent USACE and/or NAVFAC construction experience.

Job Requirements Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree program. OSHA 30 certification (preferred). Current CPR training or certification. USACE EM 385-1 experience or certification. Ability to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance at all times. Must be able to pass a background check for project site access. Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, Federal specifications, critical path activities, quality control, and safety standards. Desired: Current USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days. Previous experience as a Construction Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, or SSHO on medium to highly complex Federal or Public construction projects. Job Responsibilities Supervise and inspect daily schedules and operations at the construction site. Serve as the onsite Construction Quality Control (CQC) representative. Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate construction schedules and operations with subcontractors. Manage subcontractors, set expectations, and hold them accountable for quality and safety. Complete all required reports and on-site documentation. Provide direct accountability for contract submittals and processes. Inspect and secure the job site to prevent damages and theft. Facilitate site access for project stakeholders and ensure seamless communication. Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and USACE EM 385-1 guidelines.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
