Our client, a premier interiors package contractor, is looking for experienced Site Supervisors in Finland for a Data Centre Interiors project. As a Site Supervisor you ideally have an extensive trades background and have worked on large Fit-out projects within Data Centre projects, managing daily on-site activities, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of interior fit-outs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Oversee all interior construction activities on-site ensuring projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within the budget.
Perform regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards and identify any issues that may affect project development including developing reliable solutions.
Lead and manage on-site construction teams, working closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and design integration.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and ensure timely availability of resources.
Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities, progress, and any issues encountered ready for review or submission to senior management.
Degree/qualifications in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Significant experience in interior construction supervision within construction, ideally within interior packages.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety on site.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are ideal.
