Description
Responsibilities:
•\tOversee daily construction activities at the work site including work procedures and cost controls
•\tReview subcontractor scope and field coordination, perform day-to-day on-site management, and prepare short-term schedule
•\tUpdate and oversee quality control and safety programs
•\tMonitor and implement safety programs to ensure all site personnel including subcontractor employees are properly trained and safety protocols prior to project commencement
•\tEnforce safety policies and procedures
•\tSchedule workers and oversee in-house trades and supervise and coordinate multiple contractors
•\tManage delivery of equipment and materials to the work site
•\tEnsure project conformance to national and or local building codes maintain accurate records and manage the overall progress of the project
•\tMaintain involvement in the planning direction coordination and budgeting of project activities concerning the construction and maintenance of structures facilities and systems through subordinate supervisory personnel
•\tSubmittal coordination and review
•\tUpdate submittal register, inspections of materials, and workmanship
•\tSupervise special inspections, verify qualifications, maintain rework/deficiency logs
•\tThree phases of inspection
•\tHold preparatory and safety meetings with the team
•\tAHA development and review
•\tReview safety submittals for compliance
•\tReview/develop preconstruction general safety submittals, verify qualifications, and maintain safety deficiency logs

Qualifications:
•\tOSHA 30hr

•\tExperience with EM-385 1-1

•\tProficient with USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) RMS system input and management
•\tProficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
•\tExperience managing Government Projects
•\tMinimum five years of general experience in construction management relevant to the complexities and of a similar size
•\tAs a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $60.10
