Our client, a global leader in industrial gases and related equipment is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team Production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, and project management abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Site Supervisor **Location: Santa Clara, CA** **Pay:** $110,000-$150,000 **Key Responsibilities** + Day to day responsibility with a broad range of duties focused on ensuring all aspects of operational discipline are in place and functioning properly for the Santa Clara production site. + Lead an operations team and develop site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards. + Manage the site Basic Safety Process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements + Ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance programs. + Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation by troubleshooting plant process problems, driving plant projects, and understanding safe operating, design, permit limits. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, but not required. + 5 years in manufacturing or production background + Supervisory experience preferred. + Industrial plant, power generation, gas, and/or chemical process operations experience preferred. + Able to respond and support plant issues on a 24/7 basis.
