Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations are met, for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, and directing & inspecting the performance of all security personnel assigned to the shift. This includes scheduling the shift work distribution, answering of Access Control Officers questions related to work, and solving shift problems with minimum supervision. The Site Supervisor does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer and has no arrest or apprehension powers. The compensation for this position is $21.50/hour. Responsibilities Required to follow all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner. Will carry out general and special orders for area assigned. Will communicate via radio, telephone and orally according to orders. Control access to buildings and property, protect equipment and material, and perform interior and exterior facility security inspections as directed. Respond and assist medical, fire department, law enforcement, and other personnel at the direction of supervisors Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Active TS clearance. Minimum of 3 years related Site Supervisor experience. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age. Prior military, civilian, or security guard experience preferred. Successfully completed all training and have obtained all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site. Have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.
