GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Focused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.

Site Support: This teams takes 2nd and 3rd level calls from the helpdesk and the Intern would help this team to accomplish their goals by providing support to the team in the above area’s
