**Job Title: Delivery Driver 26/hr** **Job Description** You will be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of products, and more. You will adeptly manage all customer inquiries and requests, accurately enter quotes and orders using our ERP system (Prophet 21), and utilize automated or semi-automated systems and processes put in place by our Solutions team. Additionally, you will expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy, check on inventory specific to the customer, and ensure that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate. You will focus on customer-specific requirements and function as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience Managers, and other departments as needed.
