What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Site Utilization and Business Development Proposal Manager in Greenville, South Carolina. In this leadership role, you will manage the end-to-end proposal process, support business development initiatives, and oversee key site utilization processes to drive operational efficiency and growth. As the leader of the Greenville Site Program Development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure successful execution of proposals and projects, contributing to the site’s and Lockheed Martin’s overall success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire proposal process, from requirement gathering to submission, ensuring all proposals are aligned with organizational goals and fully integrated into execution plans.
- Drive new business initiatives by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and collaborating with key stakeholders to expand site capabilities.
- Oversee and manage site utilization processes to optimize resources and support operational efficiency across the Greenville site.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives related to site integration, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure coordination and alignment on proposals, projects, and business development efforts.
- Serve as a key advisor to the Greenville Site Senior Integration Manager, providing updates, insights, and recommendations on site programs and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance proposal development, business development efforts, and site operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
7 years experience in proposal management or business development
5 years of experience and knowledge working in manufacturing/production or heavy industry (Aviation, Automobile, etc...) as a technician or engineer.
Experience managing projects or proposals to a schedule/requirements
Experience with Earned Value (EVMS) or financial control measures.
Experience with Risk mitigation and management
Experience leading a project or team
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Greenville SAP version, Greenville Operating Procedures and Manuals
Excellent communication and customer development skills
Aircraft maintenance, modification, assembly experience
Knowledge of Integrated Program Team approach to managing program execution
Demonstrated Interpersonal skills, ability to develop enduring customer relationships.
Formal Proposal Management Training and/or experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
