Essential Functions: * Problem Incident Change Manager will identify, discover and mitigate, what is required to keep stabilized, but they have done a post-mortem to document a problem record * Only go to a problem record if there is a pattern * Incident/Problem/Change Management * Ask the right questions * Look at whether this is an isolated incident or a wider issue to gather the right resources to escalate to * Documentation will factor in heavily here * IT Operations-focused, not project-based - these consultants won't usually have the luxury of planning for projects, much more of a reactive role
