As a Reliability Engineer at Ford Motor Company, you will play a key role in developing Quality, Reliable, Durable vehicles for customers around the globe. Successful applicants must possess a strong interest in Reliability, product testing, and customer support. Workload will consist of supporting cross functional groups to identify reliability challenges; drive to robust reliability solutions early in the development; and track reliability through product launch. Projects will be targeted to high profile new products, technology, and launches. The position requires presentation of status and findings allowing diverse management exposure.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in Engineering or similar technical field 2- 3 Years - Experience in reliability testing and statistical models Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several unique tasks simultaneously Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations Proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications Ability and willingness to travel to both Ford and supplier domestic and foreign locations Comfort and willingness to present to higher management
