The Six Sigma Black Belt/Data Analyst is responsible for executing process improvement initiatives within Holzer Health System.  Using LEAN methodologies and tools, this role aims to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, improve quality, and deliver measurable results aligned with Holzer’s pillars of success.  The successful candidate will be skilled in pulling data from Holzer’s platforms, analyzing the data, and making recommendations from said data.  This individual supports the VP of Training and OD in facilitation of Process Improvement Kaizen events, short-term LEAN projects and 5-day Sprints.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

•    Bachelor’s degree required

•    3-5 years in data collection and analysis required

•    Six Sigma Black Belt certification required – or need to certify within the first year of employment

•    3-5 years presenting or training strongly preferred

•    Previous healthcare leadership experience preferred
