Job Summary:
The Ski and Ride Rental Technician will work closely with our Ski and Ride School, as well as our rental department, to arrange gear for the students in lessons. They will gather rentals and assist with fittings for children.

Shift Type: Part Time Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrates product presentation and has full knowledge of all features of product line - alpine and snowboard equipment. Full knowledge of the entire Children's Center operations. High level communication skills. Properly fit ski and snowboard equipment for children. Needs to work in other locations within the children's center as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by rental shop lead or supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - required. Previous rental shop experience - required. Basic skiing and snowboard terminology - required. English - fluent - required. Capable of working with small tools - drills, etc. - required. Ability to lift 50 pounds - required. Binding certification (company will provide) - required. Previous experience working with children and parents in some capacity - preferred. Previous experience working in a guest service position - preferred. Ability to pay attention to details - preferred. Ability to multi task - preferred. Basic computer knowledge - preferred. Spanish extremely helpful - preferred. Ability to work Weekends and Holidays - required
Job Requirements:
Experience working in a guest service industry with guests of all ages. Knowledge of local area/resort. Previous experience with teaching/coaching/mentoring children and/or childcare. Previous experience teaching ski and snowboard equipment is ideal. Ability to communicate in Spanish (optional)
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
