Mountain Sports Coaches are friendly, welcoming, passionate and inclusive to create a safe and fun environment for progression. The mountain sports coach has the unique opportunity to raise the next generation of snow sports enthusiasts. No matter our guests' skill level, discipline, or age, someone from this team is ready to clip/strap in and share their insight. WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Coach group and/or private lessons – for all agesProvide excellent and kind guest service to guests of all ability levels and backgroundsAct as an ambassador for the resort and our sportsIntroduce people to skiing and snowboarding by sharing your passion for snow sportsSpend your days helping others progress their skills on snow

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

A guest service mindset and outgoing personalityExcellent communication skillsA strong sense of safe practices and ethical behaviorMaintain a composed and professional demeanorSki and/or Snowboard in all weather for extended periods of time

WORK SCHEDULES:

Schedules include working weekends, holidays, and some evenings.Full Time – 4 to 5 consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter seasonPart Time – 1+ consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter seasonHoliday/On-Call – Minimum of 16 “Peak” days throughout the entirety of the winter season
