PRIMARY FUNCTION
In this 90-180 Day Job Training Program, you will learn and perform the full life-cycle project management process for all departments across the enterprise. This includes the adoption and incorporation of the official 5 stages of, best in class, project management: Planning, execution, monitor, control and closure
Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry software and have excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
· Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
· Update and maintain data records as needed.
· Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
· Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
· Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
· Skills:
o Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
o Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Good organizational and time management skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Good communication skills.
