**Position Overview:**
Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with expertise in assembly and/or CNC operation and/or press brake machinery. Roles involve assembling products, operating CNC machines, and utilizing press brake equipment to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. May be Operating hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic and/ or electronic assembly typically including screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, air wrenches, hand drills, micrometers, voltmeters, tape measures, plasma cutters, mig welder, soldering irons and finish grinders. Preferred to have knowledge of blueprint reading. May need to operate overhead cranes, fork lifts and floor jacks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Assembly:**
+ Assemble components and products based on technical specifications and blueprints.
+ Perform quality control checks to ensure assembled products meet company standards.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
+ **CNC Operation:**
+ Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish metal or other materials according to design specifications.
+ Set up CNC machines, including loading programs, calibrating tools, and making necessary adjustments.
+ Monitor machine operation and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
+ **Press Brake Operation:**
+ Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal sheets according to design requirements.
+ Set up and adjust press brake equipment, including selecting dies and configuring bending parameters.
+ Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet precise specification
+ Payrate to be advised after interview
+ Paid training
+ Full time hours - various shifts 1st and 2nd 4 day and 5 day
