Responsibilities: + Performing general labor tasks on construction sites. + Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently. + Assisting in the assembly and installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and finishes. + Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. + Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion. + Following all safety protocols and regulations on job sites. + Tape and seal joints between drywall sheets using joint compound, tape, and trowels. + Sand, smooth, and texture surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. + Perform touch-ups and patchwork on drywall to correct imperfections. Requirements + Minimum of 2 year of experience in construction or related field. + Strong knowledge of building materials and tools. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Excellent physical stamina and strength. + Strong work ethic and reliability. + Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. + Valid driver’s license preferred.
