**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately for a skilled laborer! We are seeking skilled general construction laborers with at least 1 to 2 years of experience. The general laborer will work alongside a 3 to 4 man crew using hand tools to help build docks, piers, and retaining walls. The starting pay will be $20 - $21 an hour with long term growth opportunities to become a foreman. We are looking to have candidates interview and start within the same week. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Assist in the construction of docks, piers, and retaining walls. + Operate hand tools efficiently and safely. + Work alongside a small crew to complete projects. + Ensure job site is clean and safe at all times. + Load and unload materials as needed. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical ability. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds. + Knowledge of hand tools and boats. + Learning mentality and adaptability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous construction laborer experience is preferred but not required. + Experience with concrete, power tools, and general labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** Our company has deep roots in the construction field in the state of Maine.
