Principal Accountabilities 

Duties may include but are not limited to:Setup, changeover, and teardown of machinesRead run sheets and utilize machines to produce product to customer specificationsAccurately record machine efficiency and up time.Communicate with production employees, leads, and supervisors.Maintaining a safe working environmentAccurately complete other Formax related paperworkEnsuring food safety and qualityCleanliness and housekeepingSet-up of equipment/work stationBe able to operate a pallet-jackBe able to learn and perform LOTO 

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderBe able to speak/read/write EnglishMost be able to lift 60lbs or moreBasic math skills with calculatorAbility to work in a cold environment, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environmentMust be able to work weekends/holidays
