Skilled Machine Operator

**Job Title: Machine Operator - $20/HR - All Shifts**
**Responsibilities**
+ Setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery and equipment
+ Ensure quality testing of products
+ Proper raw material usage and packaging of finished products
+ Perform minor maintenance on machinery
+ Complete all necessary paperwork
+ Meet or exceed standards for quality and production
+ Assist team members in the performance of their duties
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience with CNC, Plastic Injection, or Press machines
+ Experience documenting production, preferably in a computer
+ Quality inspection experience beyond visual inspection
+ Experience with blueprint reading and first piece/last piece inspection
+ Experience with gauges and micrometers
+ Ability to work well in a team and assist operators when needed
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in general labor, machine operating, hand tool usage, assembly, and packing
+ Knowledge of production and inspection processes

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
