Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Skilled Nurse for a client in Sheridan, WY. As a Skilled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive patient care. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additionally, you will provide wound care, manage intravenous lines, and assist with diagnostic tests. Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention is also a key responsibility. This role will require documentation of patient progress and effective communication to ensure continuity of care.

Skills and Requirements
RN or LPN license
Experience interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Experience administering medications, performing daignostic test, and managing patient care plans
Willing to work 12 hour shifts and night shifts Experience working in a hospital or long-term care setting null
