Key Responsibilities: + Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently. + Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions. + Perform general maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems to support overall building operations. + Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards. + Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. + Respond to emergency calls and service requests in a timely and professional manner. + Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: + Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with additional knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems. + Strong background in commercial building systems maintenance and repair. + Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, to solve problems and complete tasks effectively. + Valid HVAC certification and relevant trade licenses. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude. + Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations. Preferred Skills: + Previous experience with large commercial HVAC systems. + Electrical and plumbing certifications or licenses. + Knowledge of building automation systems.
