What You'll Do:
Lead and Manage: Oversee all daily operations of the Sleep Disorders Center, including both the sleep laboratory and clinical sleep team.Team Leadership: Take charge of recruitment, training, and the ongoing development of staff to maintain the highest standard of care and professionalism.Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure our center meets and exceeds regulatory and accreditation standards. Provide technical support to staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.Billing & Coding Oversight: Ensure accurate billing and coding procedures are followed, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.Collaboration & Improvement: Work closely with physicians, the medical director, and practice administration to improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of sleep lab equipment, including routine inventory management.Sleep Testing & Patient Education: Perform and supervise a wide variety of sleep testing procedures such as HSAT, polysomnography, PAP titration, and more. Educate patients on treatment options, including DME, to ensure adherence to prescribed therapies.What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or successful completion of an accredited sleep technology program.Certifications: Must hold certification by a nationally recognized certification board, including Registered Sleep Technologist (RST), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS) credential.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sleep technology with proficiency in required competencies.Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, with strong management skills and a proven ability to support and motivate a team.Skills and Abilities:Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExceptional communication and customer service skills to support both staff and patientsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisionsExpertise in sleep testing, treatment, and equipment managementIn-depth knowledge of HIPAA and privacy policies, ensuring patient confidentiality is maintainedA proactive approach to patient care and employee developmentSchedule:
