Sleep Medicine Physician
The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time tenure ineligible Sleep Medicine Physician at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor. Rank and compensation are contingent upon qualifications, experience, and scholarly achievement. Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent, be board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine by their appointment start date. Completion of training in an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship and Sleep Medicine Fellowship is required. The successful candidate will have opportunities to participate in teaching at all levels of undergraduate and graduate medical education. Strong interpersonal skills and excellence in patient care and teaching are expected. A strong research interest in Sleep Medicine is preferred. Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent, be board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine by their appointment start date.
