Registered Sleep Technologist 

Shift: 3rd shift, 6:30-7:30p, 40/hours a week

***Sign-on bonus available - starting at $2,500 and up***

As a Registered Sleep Technologist at North Knoxville Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients.

Requirements:

Certification as a Polysomnographic Technologist from an educational institution that is recognized by the U.S Department of EducationTN state license as a Polysomnographic Technologist and valid BLS certification required

About the Job:

Under the direction of a physician, administers various sleep studies in order to diagnose the type and extent of sleep disordersPerforms routine patient assessments, scores sleep studies, and documents other test results.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of tasks; works under general supervisionFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sleep medicine field
