Essential Functions: Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication Oversee programming of all machinery New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery Develop and design the component parts, and systems Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each Other Key Responsibilities: Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management Working Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office environment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work could also become necessary.
