MUST be willing to train on first shift Pay range: $18.50-$20.50 **Job Description** Operating in the finishing area, candidates will be working on slitter machines. This is considered more of an entry-level role within the company. **Responsibilities** + Continuously check for print and seam quality. + Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together per the specification. + Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during the splicing procedure and as necessary. + Handle rolls and palletize them once finished. + Look for any seam-related defects. + Record and enter data on designated paperwork as well as in the company operation system. + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Production experience + Machine operation + Troubleshooting + Data entry + Experience with slitter machines **SHIFTS** Openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. training on first shift for 4-8 weeks! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.
