**Job Title: Slitter Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Slitter Operator, where you will work collaboratively to operate machinery, including performing setups and changeovers to cut metal. This role involves lifting and moving metal spacers on and off the machine, with weights up to 25 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Operate slitter machine in a safe and efficient manner. + Perform setups and changeovers on the machine to cut metal. + Lift and move metal spacers on and off the machine, up to 25 lbs. + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. + Operate overhead crane and perform manual labor tasks. + Follow lockout procedures for safety. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience. + Machine operating skills. + Ability to set up and change over machine parts. + Experience with slitter machine operation. + Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience. + Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Overhead crane operation experience. + Experience working with stainless steel. + High School Diploma or GED. + Open to working days or nights on a 2-2-3 schedule. **Why Work Here?** We offer GREAT benefits once you become a permanent employee.
