SLITTER OPERATOR NORTH ATTLEBORO , MA 02761 US Posted: 03/27/2025 2025-03-27 2025-04-30 Industry: MACHINE OPERATOR Job Number: 25184 Pay Rate: $25.00 Job Description Currently seeking a Slitter Operator for a full-time Temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA Responsibilities of Slitter Operator: -Set-up and operating slitting machines and cutters -Monitor machines consistently adjusting setting as needed -Read, interpret, and follow routing orders, forms, specifications and other work instructions -Maintain accurate logs and records of activities -Perform routing and preventative maintenance tasks -Utilize various hand and measuring tools -Measure and weigh products to ensure specifications are met -Follow work safety practices -Perform other related tasks as assigned Requirements of Slitter Operator: -Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent -Previous experience with metals manufacturing required -Slitting operation experience a plus -Able to work with limited supervision -Great communications skills including ability to read, write and understand English -Good math skills -Able to stand, walk, and reach throughout shift -Comfortable lifting 25+ lbs consistently Hours: 6:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 6:00am-10:00am Friday Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr Job Requirements It is the policy of The Alpha Group, Inc.
