Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Slot Service Technicians to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

What will you do? Ensure all Southland Casino owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues Work as an ambassador for Southland Casino More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency Intermediate computer skills Maintain a valid driver’s license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Arkansas Requirements General knowledge of gaming regulations Physical requirements Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Shift details
