Repair, maintain and monitor all electronic gaming devices and equipmentExecute slot projectsProvide amazing guest serviceMaintain a positive and outgoing attitude at all timesProvide amazing guest serviceMove, convert, clean and maintain machines on casino floorTroubleshoot and repair machines on casino floorResponsible for repair of Slot peripheral systemsProvide hands-on training to other slot personnel on all gaming devices and related tracking systemsRepair and rebuild all mechanical and electronic slot game componentsAdvise and assist Slot Tech TraineesMaintain current knowledge of casino related equipment, support equipment, new games, systems and modifications to existing equipmentRequired to assist Slot Operations in their daily operations on the casino floorOther job-related duties as assigned BRING US YOUR BEST. Must have complete knowledge of gaming devices and related systemsMust have the working knowledge to make machine changes, updates, modifications and know the games and progressive systems well enough to prevent any excessive down timesMust remain educated in all aspects of slot repair related equipmentAbility to understand and comply with all departmental and casino regulations, policies and procedures and work effectively with management and guests. An ability to communicate clearly and concisely in EnglishMinimum two (2) years slot technical experience required.
