This role ensures the machines are functioning properly, adheres to regulatory compliance, and provides excellent customer service when addressing player concerns. _This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for technology, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing great customer experiences._ **_Swing Shift Position_** **Responsibilities** + Basic slot repair skills (Ability to complete PM's, Diagnose and Swap basic parts) + Maintenance of all Slot Machines + General casino floor coverage + Assistance with basic guest issues and questions + Can verify Paytable information + Follow all slot software procedures + Use/understanding of HotSOS + Schedule Flexibility (Workload, Vacation) + Ability to move slot machines + Use of Inventory System effectively and proficiently + Basic understanding of progressive controllers & logic used + Basic understanding of player tracking systems + Other duties as assigned my management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear.
