THE JOB: 

It is the primary responsibility of the Slot Technician to complete shop repairs, rebuild slot games, and complete hands-on training of all gaming devices and related systems while providing excellent guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Performs repairs as needed on slot machines and related equipment focusing on customer service. Performs preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of slot machines and peripheral devicesCoordinates with the Slot Operations staff to ensure maximum operating efficiencyCirculates through assigned area performing repairs as necessaryEnsures that all slot/storage areas are cleaned and organizedObserves all DGE and company policies and proceduresResponsible for the security of keys and all issued tools and equipment needed to perform the function of the positionCompletes all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legiblyAssist with daily projects and maintenance on slot floor when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma or GEDEffectively communicate in English, in both written and oral formsAbility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledgeable of electronic and slot equipmentExtensive knowledge in all aspects of gaming device technologyProficient in using a computersExcellent customer service skillsStrong problem solving and listening skillsAbility to function and act independentlyAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

SCHEDULE:

Shift: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (10 Hour Shift)Off: 3 consecutive days
