Compensation: $56,900 - $76,800 / year

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Slots Shift Assistant Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Slots Shift Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing all facets of operations within our slots department. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee guest service initiatives for the HHR department, including jackpot response times, team member scorecards, guest introductions, and new member sign-ups Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing guest needs, resolving disputes, and maintaining service standards across all team members Actively participate in gaming floor operations, including processing jackpots, signing up guests, and promoting events Monitor gaming floor operations, enforce policies, and report issues to leadership while maintaining high standards of integrity Manage team operations, including training, scheduling, and break coordination to ensure efficient department functionality More about you 1-3 years of management experience in slot operations is required Must have a thorough understanding of Arkansas Lottery laws, HHR systems, and internal controls High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements and federal cash reporting compliance, as well as basic math skills for understanding HHR pay lines Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, gaming documents, and troubleshoot HHR machine hardware, software, and technology Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License while staying current with industry regulations and updates Shift details
